We’ll practice the art of being in silence, nourishing our bodies, and reimagining conscious community living. The intention is to reset your habits, reconnect with nature, and carry home simple, powerful principles for living with awareness and joy.


You’ll be guided by experienced teachers who live what they teach, bringing decades of wisdom into every moment, and reminding us that healing and fun can go hand in hand.

Traveling from her sanctuary in Dharamkot at the foothills of the Himalayas, Eshanye brings three years of experience hosting transformative "nature to nutrition" retreats. Eshanye believes that nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness play a crucial role in elevating one’s consciousness. This philosophy has led her to embrace a plant-based lifestyle, aligning her daily practices with her values of compassion and well-being.
