Testimonial : I was carrying my second child hoping for a healthy girl baby.. But due to unavoidable circumstances, I lost my baby at 6 months. I had put on weight due to pregnancy and I was very depressed after the trauma. I badly wanted to overcome the mental stress and depression. I joined Harsha yoga after 2 months of miscarriage. Harsha personally taught me pranayama and yoga asanas. Within a month, I lost almost 4 kgs and was slowly coming out of the bad state of mind. After a few months, I was fit enough and I could observe that I had gained self control and mental stability through asana and pranayama practice. After 6 months, I conceived again and I have a beautiful daughter now. Harsha’s teaching is very unique and the way he explains to attain peace of mind through mano nigraha is very much commendable. I am still a regular student in his pathashala. Thank you Harsha for being such a great guru.
