Yoga therapy


At Harsha Yoga, we bring a unique approach to teaching and healing — one that is focused on self-inspiration and which embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of well being. Since the first day we opened our doors, many health and wellness specialists have sought out our insights and expertise. Let us show you the way to your best self.

Yoga therapy sessions are for individuals who have been suffering from chronic ailments because of injury, erratic lifestyle or sedentary lifestyle. The practice are designed so as to help the individual to minimize the pain and if possible to completely free oneself from the ailment.Practices involves relaxation techniques, asana practice(with props) and pranayama. You can start the personal therapy classes at any time based on the availability of the teacher and yourself. Classes can be scheduled anytime during the day.

At the end of 10 days, the student will be given a practice sheet which will contain the practice routine that one needs to follow for the next 2 months after which they can start attending the regular yoga lessons or carry on with the suggested practice.

Yoga therapy is conducted for back-pain, diabetes, GID, high blood pressure, hyper tension, anxiety, stress management & ATSD.
