What is Our Goal?
Teacher Training Course
Our main goal is to provide you with a training that not only prepares you to be a great yoga teacher, but also to restore balance within your body. In this training, you will focus on building both physical and mental strength as well as mindfulness.
You will become familiar with different paths of yoga, their history and benefits. To get you started on your own path as a teacher, we will cover core teaching techniques, Yoga philosophy, Anatomy and special techniques to avoid injuries and how to help your students grow from a beginner to an advanced level. Your journey towards becoming a Internationally certified yoga teacher starts here.

Accommodation: Guest House style facility. Private/Shared room (depending on selection) with double bed and attached private bathroom with hot and cold shower for those who adopt for residential course. Separate yoga hall and dining room. Excellent location, away from city commotion.(For residential only)

Three daily Indian vegetarian meals (Three meals daily from Monday to Friday and Breakfast/Lunch on Saturday included). (For residential only)
